My name is Tesfaye Faye, and I currently serve as a Program Associate at the Ethiopian Community in Seattle. Since April 2024, I have been supporting the SBRN program within the organization in the role of Program Assistant.

Although my professional background is in the public health sector, with over 20 years of experience, I have gained valuable insights into the world of small business development and economic empowerment through this role. Working closely with small business owners has been an eye-opening and rewarding experience.

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to your team for the knowledge and support provided around Flex Fund 2. It has been incredibly helpful, and I look forward to learning even more so I can continue supporting our community effectively through our organization.

My name is Kimmy Helble. I am the Capital Access Program (CAP)Administrator for Arkansas Development Finance Authority.

Though my efforts are through collaboration with lenders, I enjoy assisting small businesses and their owners reach their goals and achieve success, so that their dreams can be actualized.

My hope is to learn from others on how to keep CAP active and how to reach Arkansas lenders and the small business owners of Arkansas.
